Help is available in situations of unforeseen difficulties, such as after a fire, natural disaster, or military conflict, loss of the family breadwinner, temporary financial hardship, a single person losing income or suffering from a serious illness, a single parent lacking funds for children's educational needs, and elderly individuals needing escort assistance.
