E-services

For Non-Residents:

If you're a foreigner without a residence permit in Lithuania and want to access government or commercial services online, you can apply to become an e-resident. Once approved, you'll receive an electronic ID and signature, making it easy to use online services. In the future, even more services will be available for e-residents, including business development opportunities, managing companies, conducting financial transactions, and accessing other useful services. You can submit your application here

For Residents

If you are a foreign resident in Lithuania with a residence permit and a bank account, there are many e-services available to simplify your life. These services let you get your personal documents online, track their status, and invite friends from abroad (depending on type of your residence permit) to visit and help them apply for visas. You can also register a new vehicle, get reminders about document expiration dates, and handle all payments electronically for a smooth and hassle-free experience.
